Co-Director, Education Manager and Head of Communication & Marketing

Rosie has been involved in the arts since a young age, having started in folk music sessions in Junior school. She continued playing folk music (specialising in the mandolin) throughout her schooling, and also began vocal lessons. As a child, Rosie was highly invested in her education, and won awards for her writing ability, most notably in playwriting.

Rosie attended the University of Winchester to enhance her skills as both a creative and as an academic. She graduated with a BA Hons in Drama Studies and English Literature in 2017. During her time at University, Rosie became an accomplished writer, having starting her own blog and being published in the English Literature Review. During her three years at University, Rosie studied and trained in theatre writing, devising, adaptation, performance, application of theory, politics, and much more. Outside of her course, Rosie joined theatre companies to gain experience in the industry, and performed across the UK with them.

She also became heavily involved with the Winchester music scene, both as a performer, writer and supporter. In her spare time, Rosie is an avid amateur photographer, and a weekly blogger.
